On A Dragonfly's Wings

We are a youth mental health and suicide prevention organization. Throughout the year we host educational events for kids and their families, including our free week long day camp for kids age 4th-8th grade (Camp Dragonfly). In addition, we offer a scholarship program for high school seniors going into a mental health field, manage seven Kindness Rock gardens in local communities, and mentor high school students twice a year in a Real Talk program hosted by a local school district.

Suicide Survivors Support Group

I facilitate Suicide Survivors Support Group meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month in downtown Lapeer at St. Matthew's Anglican Church located at 220 W Nepessing Street. This group is for people that have lost a loved one to suicide as well as for people that have struggled suicidal thoughts themselves. We share our stories of survival, grief and the trauma that we face losing someone to suicide and the struggles we face to Stay!

Wheels in Motion

Wheels in Motion is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that creates adaptive adventure and recreation events for veterans and individuals living with physical disabilities.

Beyond events, we serve as a resource for community, connection, and peer mentorship following traumatic injury or life-altering diagnosis. We are available to meet individuals in the hospital after a traumatic event, as well as during inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, support groups, or through personal connection within the community.

Our mission is to walk alongside trauma survivors and their families, helping them rediscover strength, purpose, and possibility through shared experience, mentorship, and meaningful adaptive recreation. We believe healing is strengthened through community, dignity, and the opportunity to engage in life again with confidence and support.

Real Life Coaching, LLC

I offer coaching for women and couples focused on personal growth, empowerment, and healthier relationships. My work supports individuals navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, communication issues, and relationship dynamics, while also being trauma-informed for those who have experienced past adversity. Coaching sessions emphasize self-awareness, boundary setting, emotional regulation, and practical tools that help clients strengthen confidence, improve connection, and create meaningful change. Services are supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s goals and lived experiences.
